Johns Hopkins Medicine's Center for Innovation in Quality Patient Care's mission is to foster an organization's capacity to innovate for ideal patient care. Specifically, the center works to improve the quality and safety of patient care by providing faculty and staff with the means to identify, measure, and correct system flaws and direct organizational change.
In addition, to his responsibilities as Executive Director, Dr. Davis also serves as Senior Director of Operations Integration, Ambulatory Services, Practice Management, and Performance Improvement for the Johns Hopkins Health System.
Dr. Davis is currently on the faculty of both The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School Public Health's division of Health Policy and Management, and the university's Business of Medicine program.

Kimber C. Richter, M.D.
Deputy Director for Medical Affairs in the Office of Compliance, Center for Devices and Radiological Health, FDA
Session 1
Dr. Richter provides clinical guidance to the Office and Center on device safety and policy issues, and conducts risk assessments of post market device failures and significant recalls. Dr. Richter served as Co-Czar of Reengineering for the CDRH Reengineering Program from 1997 - 1999. She joined FDA in April of 1995.

Casper E. Uldriks, Esq., (Cap)

Mr. Uldriks began his FDA career in 1978 as a field investigator in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 1995 he has served as senior regulatory counsel for the Office of Compliance and is responsible for the development of guidance, policy, and regulations.
Mr. Uldriks was formerly a Congressional Liaison in FDA's Office of Legislative Affairs and served as a Public Health Advisor for the U.S. House of Representative's Small Business Subcommittee on Regulation, Business Opportunity and Technology under the LEGIS Fellows Program (1992-1993).

Cindy Kilgore
Assistant Vice President of Materials Management, Inova Health System

Ms. Kilgore has 30 years experience in materials management in hospitals located in Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. prior to working at Inova Health System. Responsibilities over the years have included all aspects of the supply chain; contracting, purchasing distribution, disaster preparedness and recall management.
